1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ZX111 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and related features available at zx111.pro. References to "ZX111", "we", "us", or "the platform" throughout this document refer to the ZX111 service. References to "you" or "the player" refer to any registered user of the platform.

By registering an account on ZX111, you enter into a binding agreement with us under these terms. These terms apply to all activity on the platform from the moment your account is created. 2 Eligibility

Where duplicates are confirmed, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances – including deposits, bonuses, and winnings – will be forfeited.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZX111 login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or any one-time PINs with anyone. ZX111 staff will never ask for your password. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials is your responsibility. Account Closure

4 Deposits

All deposits on ZX111 are processed in PKR. The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are clearly displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where the payment source belongs to another person – are not permitted and will result in account suspension pending investigation. Deposited funds must not originate from any criminal activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, or other supported methods as listed in your account settings.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, ZX111 may require identity verification to be completed. This is a standard part of the process and not a reflection on any individual player. Providing accurate verification documents promptly is the most effective way to avoid processing delays.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe displayed in your account dashboard.
• VIP players at Gold tier and above benefit from accelerated processing times.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements attached to the original bonus.
• ZX111 reserves the right to carry out enhanced checks on large withdrawal requests before processing.

Winnings from free spins, bonus credits, or promotional funds can only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been completed. The specific requirements for each promotion are stated at the time the offer is made.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ZX111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to terms stated at the time of offer.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Eligibility

Bonus Expiry

7 VIP Programme

The ZX111 VIP programme consists of five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite – each offering progressively greater rewards including cashback, personalised bonuses, faster withdrawals, and dedicated account management.

VIP points are earned based on real-money wagering across all eligible game categories on ZX111. The points required for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of the platform. VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred. Abuse of VIP tier benefits or benefits claimed through account duplication will result in tier status removal and account review. 8 Fair Play

ZX111 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any method of non-human play.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino or tournament formats.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse transactions that were legitimately processed.

9 Sports Betting

ZX111 offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports and other sporting events including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic tournaments. Bet placement constitutes acceptance of the odds shown at the time the bet is confirmed.

Odds are subject to change up until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted, the stated odds are locked in. ZX111 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to technical error.

• Bets on suspended or postponed events will be handled according to the specific rules for that market.
• In-play bets are accepted based on real-time data; ZX111 is not responsible for telecasts or data feeds that do not reflect the current match state.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your ZX111 account balance upon event settlement.

10 Responsible Gaming
